POCKET SQUAD

Game privacy policy

How information is handled in Pocket Squad, our squad action game for Android.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Pocket Squad has no accounts and does not send your progress to us. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob, for ads, and Google Play, for purchases.

1. Who is responsible

Wild wire innovations, MB publishes Pocket Squad and is responsible for the processing we determine. You can contact us about this policy at:

Wild wire innovations, MB
Company code 306379282
Laisvės pr. 58, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania

Visits to this website and general business enquiries are also covered by our website privacy policy. Google handles information for its own services under its own privacy policy.

2. Game progress and device storage

The game does not require a Wild Wire account and does not ask for your name, email or other contact details. Your progress, coins, squad, unlocked skins, settings and best scores are stored in a save file on your device. We do not operate a cloud-save service and do not receive your save file.

The save file also keeps the dates of daily rewards and how many optional ads you watched today, so that gifts, missions and ad limits work, and the purchase records the game has already applied, so that a purchase is never granted twice. This local processing supports the game you are playing.

Android may include the save file in your device’s backup to your Google account, so that progress can return when you reinstall or move to a new phone. Google manages those backups under your Android and Google account settings.

3. Google AdMob advertising

We use Google AdMob for two kinds of ads. Rewarded ads are optional: they play only when you choose a “watch an ad” bonus, such as doubling a chest’s coins. Ads between games are rare: at most one after every few finished games, never during a fight, and never for players who bought No Ads or the Supporter Pack.

Google’s advertising software may process your IP address and approximate location, your device’s advertising ID and other device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google uses it to deliver and measure ads, to personalise them where allowed, to improve its services and to prevent fraud.

Where consent is required, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s consent message lets you accept, decline or manage purposes and providers before ads are requested. Declining personalisation does not necessarily stop all advertising or all technical data processing. Necessary consent records, reward administration and fraud prevention support our legitimate interest in operating the game fairly, subject to applicable law.

Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google’s mobile ads data disclosure. We receive aggregated advertising reports from AdMob; we do not receive your advertising ID as a player record.

4. Google Play purchases and subscriptions

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. One-time purchases are No Ads, the Starter Pack, the Supporter Pack and the cosmetic skin collections. The Season Pass is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel it. Every price is shown by Google Play before you confirm.

We do not receive your payment-card details. Google shares limited order information with us, such as the order number, product, price, country and order status, which we use to provide and restore purchases, handle refunds and keep the accounts we are legally required to keep. The game checks your purchases with Google Play so that they can be restored on a new device.

Google’s privacy policy and Google Play terms describe its processing. Buying No Ads stops future ads between games once the purchase is recognised; it does not erase information an advertising provider processed earlier.

5. Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you send. We use them to answer, investigate problems and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in supporting players or to fulfil a service you have requested. Screenshots are sent only if you choose to share them. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We use email and other service providers as needed to handle correspondence. We may disclose relevant records to advisers or authorities if legally required or necessary to resolve a claim.

6. Your controls

  • Ad consent: open Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game to review or change your choices. The button appears where Google’s consent options apply to you.
  • Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your phone’s Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path depends on your Android version).
  • Subscriptions: manage or cancel the Season Pass at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or from the MANAGE button in the game’s shop.
  • Local progress: uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android Settings → Apps, deletes the save file on the device. Copies in your Google account backup are managed in your Google account.
  • Purchases: deleting progress does not cancel a purchase. Google Play manages purchase history and refund requests.

7. Retention and international processing

The save file remains on your device until you remove it as described above. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or claims requirements. We keep order information from Google Play for as long as accounting and tax law requires. We do not have remote access to files stored only on your device.

Google and communication providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain their retention and transfer safeguards. For transfers under our responsibility, we use applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details relevant to your request.

8. Your rights and contact

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@wildwirez.com. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained.

You can complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local authority. The game does not make solely automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. For information processed independently by Google, Google’s privacy tools may also be relevant.

9. Children and updates

Follow the age rating shown in the game’s Google Play listing. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and remove information we hold where required.

We update this policy when the game’s data practices change, for example if we add analytics or crash reporting. The latest revision date is shown above, and material changes will be communicated as required. For help with the game, visit player support.
