Email hello@wildwirez.com with “Ludus Ascendant” in the subject. Include your iPhone model, iOS and game versions, what happened, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot helps if you are comfortable sharing one.

Please do not send passwords or full payment details. Only attach a save file if you choose to share its contents.

Progress and offline play

Your campaign is saved on your device. The core game can be played offline; ads, purchases and purchase restoration need a connection. Keep an exported save before deleting the app or moving devices. Offloading and deleting an iPhone app have different effects on its data.

If your progress seems missing, contact us before starting another campaign or deleting the app. We do not have a cloud copy of your campaign.

Sponsor’s gift and ads

Where enabled, the optional Sponsor’s gift grants 40 gold after a rewarded ad, with one claim per real-world hour. A gift may be unavailable when you are offline, the cooldown is active, or no ad is available. You can continue playing without claiming it.

Automatic ads are scheduled at natural breaks after every two completed in-game days. They do not interrupt a fight. Availability varies by build, consent choices and ad supply.

Remove Ads and restoring purchases

When available, Remove Ads is a one-time Apple in-app purchase. It removes automatic ads and lets you claim the hourly Sponsor’s gift without watching an ad. The purchase screen shows the price before you confirm.

If a purchase is not recognised, use the Apple account that bought it and open Settings → Ads & gifts → Restore purchases while connected to the internet. For Apple-billed refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service.
