LUDUS ASCENDANT

Game privacy policy

How information is handled in Ludus Ascendant, our gladiator management game.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Ludus Ascendant is in development. Advertising and purchases are available only in builds where those features have been enabled. This policy explains those features as well as the game’s local storage.

1. Who is responsible

Wild wire innovations, MB publishes Ludus Ascendant and is responsible for the processing we determine. You can contact us about this policy at:

Wild wire innovations, MB
Company code 306379282
Laisvės pr. 58, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania
hello@wildwirez.com

Visits to this website and general business enquiries are also covered by our website privacy policy. Google and Apple handle information for their own services under their respective privacy policies.

2. Game progress and device storage

The game does not require a Wild Wire account. Campaign progress, your ludus name, fighters, settings and game history are stored on your device. We do not operate a cloud-save service or automatically upload your campaign to our servers.

The game also stores reward-claim timestamps and ad-frequency records locally so that gifts and ads follow their limits. These records are separate from campaign exports and can remain when you start a new campaign. Local processing supports the game functionality you request.

If you export or share a save file, you choose its destination. A file can contain your ludus name and campaign history. Your device or cloud-backup settings may also make copies outside the game; those copies are managed through the relevant provider.

3. Google AdMob advertising

When advertising is enabled, we use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and ads between completed in-game days. Google’s advertising software may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. It uses this information to deliver and measure ads, improve its services and prevent fraud.

Personalised advertising depends on your choices and applicable requirements. Where consent is required, a consent message lets you accept, decline or manage purposes and providers before ads are requested. On iOS, Apple’s tracking permission is a separate choice. Declining personalisation does not necessarily stop all advertising or all technical data processing.

Consent governs optional advertising processing where required. Necessary consent records, reward administration and fraud prevention support our legitimate interests in operating the game fairly, subject to applicable law. The consent message provides the applicable providers, purposes and legal bases for advertising processing.

Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google’s mobile ads data disclosure. We receive advertising reports from AdMob; we do not receive your Apple advertising identifier as a player account record.

4. Apple purchases

When in-app purchases are available, Apple processes payment for the optional Remove Ads purchase. The app checks Apple’s verified purchase entitlement to unlock the feature and restore it. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple retains transaction information according to its own obligations and policies.

Purchase verification is used to provide the purchase you request. Apple’s privacy information describes its processing. Removing ads prevents future ads in the game once the purchase is recognised; it does not erase information previously processed by an advertising provider.

5. Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you send. We use them to answer, investigate problems and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in supporting players or to fulfil a service you have requested. Screenshots and save files are sent only if you choose to share them. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We use email and other service providers as needed to handle correspondence. We may disclose relevant records to advisers or authorities if legally required or necessary to resolve a claim.

6. Your controls

  • Ad consent: when ads are enabled, open Settings → Ads & gifts → Ad privacy choices to revisit the consent form where available.
  • iOS tracking: manage the game’s permission in your iPhone’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Local progress: starting a new campaign replaces active progress, but is not a full erasure of local records. To remove app data, delete the app rather than offloading it, and separately delete any exported saves or device backups you no longer want.
  • Purchases: a local reset does not cancel an Apple purchase. Use Restore purchases when the feature is available; Apple manages purchase history and refund requests.

7. Retention and international processing

Local saves and reward records remain on the device until removed or replaced as described above. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or claims requirements. We do not have remote access to delete files stored only on your device.

Google, Apple and communication providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain their retention and transfer safeguards. For transfers under our responsibility, we use applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details relevant to your request.

8. Your rights and contact

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@wildwirez.com. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained.

You can complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local authority. Our game does not make solely automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. For information processed independently by Google or Apple, their privacy tools may also be relevant.

9. Children and updates

The game contains gladiatorial combat. Follow the age rating shown in its store listing when released. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and remove information we hold where required.

We update this policy when the game’s data practices change. The latest revision date is shown above, and material changes will be communicated as required. For help with the game, visit player support.
